ok if I do this deal with the toilet paper and then i go back the next day could I do this deal again and then use my $3 RR on the deal if I put a pack of gum or something with it???

If you go on the blog to the top pull down navigational bar you’ll see stores and when you pull down it goes into store guides. It would be helpful to you to read the question and answer store guide section and watch the video at the bottom. I agree with Beth about the Register Rewards….. Its important that you understand that you can buy multiple items that generate a RR but you cannot use 1 RR to pay for an identical item or another RR will not be generated by the register. This is where a couponing seminar would be hugely helpful – We go over how register are programmed etc etc. If there is any way that you could make it to one that would be great!
