For those of you buying newpapers at retails stores and paper boxes…… Please be sure to check your paper to make sure your coupons are in the paper BEFORE you buy it! Too many reader have been getting burned lately and I know its frustrating! If you ever don’t receive your inserts call the newspaper – circulation, and request them. Also remember that not all papers subscribe to all coupon inserts. For example the Star Democrat, Bay Times, Record Observer and others do not subscribe to Red Plum so you’ll always be missing that insert if you’re buying those papers (for local readers).

How sad, I have recently contacted my local newspaper and even though the P&G website states that the P&G coupons should be in my paper, my local newspaper has let me down. They said these might be regional. I understand regional coupons however I know these are supposed to be there. Very frustrated.
