This Sunday we’ll be receiving 1 Smart Source coupon insert, 1 Red Plum coupon insert and 1 Pepsi Moments coupon insert in the Sunday newspapers. There are also 2 high value CoverGirl coupons ($2.50 off) in the Parade Magazine (seen above) This magazine has different names in different areas of the country. Be sure to check your paper!

You can buy specific high value coupons. Coupons by Dede had tons! You can get lots of high value coupons for just pennies! So remember, if you find that another area in the country received a HOT high value coupon and you didn’t get it then just order it! Coupon values can vary slightly by region so different areas may SOMETIMES receive a different value. Many readers have emailed and asked about regional coupons in their Sunday newspapers. Different products are sold in different regions around the country. That is the main reason why corporations only release certain coupons in certain areas. However…..k some areas in the country do not receive double coupons and some areas do receive double coupons. Take Florida for instance , where my partner on this blog Beth lives….. If a Pepperidge Farm cookies coupon was released chances are she would receive a coupon for 75¢ off of 1 package and the Mid-Atlantic Region would receive a $1.00 off of 2 packages coupon. So what can you do about that? Buy coupons! You can buy coupons for pennies and if you have a coupon for 75¢ off of a product and its going to be doubled to $1.50 and it costs you say 10¢ to get 5 or 10 of that coupon then its probably worth it to “buy” that coupon.
If you need a good paper for coupons this week get a Capital paper (AA country or Kent Island) or Baltimore Sun or Washington Post. 
If you’d like extra papers and live in Anne Arundel County Maryland or the Eastern Shore (up through Queenstown) the Capital newspaper has a promotion for you. For just $1.00 you can get the Sunday only newspaper with coupon code “frugal” and they will allow you to order up to 4 newspapers per home. That is a HUGE savings to have them delivered to your door! I don’t live in their subscription area so I have them delivered to my husband’s work so I can get them. Be creative and save anywhere you can!

I get two Sunday newspapers. Star Democrat and the Capital. What papers do you get for coupons?
Donna – I get the Capital (4 of them) and the Baltimore Sun. The Star Democrat doesn’t subscribe to the Red Plum insets (unfortunately). I do however get the Star Dem just for my personal reading (since I’m local) as well as the Record Observer newspaper. 😉
