So are you looking for some silly fun this Halloween? This is really neat and its super frugal and easy. Here’s what you’ll need;
- glow stick
- fingernail polish (purple or blue is good for Halloween)
Crack glow stick and cut open. In a container that you can discard afterwards, place contents of glow stick. Either pour your polish into this container and mix or dip with polish applicator into glow stick mixture before painting each finger. A small amount of the glow stick mixture goes a long way.
