Peanut Butter S’mores Bars Recipe:
Crust Ingredients needed
Peanut Butter filling ingredients needed
- 1 (16 ounce) package confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon shortening (like coconut oil or any shortening you like)
Topping Ingredients Needed
- 8 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate(or chocolate chips) I prefer MILK CHOCOLATE
- marshmallow
Crust directions – Line your brownie or cake pan with graham crackers. You can carefully cut them to line the entire pan if you need a special size toward the edge of the pan.(Reynolds parchment paper you don’t have to place your crust on parchment but it helps keep them from sticking & my mom was always big on Reynold’s products so I’ve stuck with it since it worked for her! Makes them lift up easily too)
Peanut butter ingredients – In a mixing bowl, combine confectioners’ sugar, peanut butter, butter and milk (if needed for moisture) until blended. Pack down on top of your graham cracker crust.
Chocolate and marshmallow topping – Melt chocolate in top of double boiler with shortening ( like coconut oil if needed). Melt over medium heat, stirring frequently until smooth. (You can also use a microwave to melt your chocolate too) Pour over your Peanut butter mixture.
Sprinkle marshmallows on top. Cool, cut, ENJOY! These are sooo yummy! I love s’mores!

Make your graham crackers like a sandwich with one on top and one on the bottom then add your marshmallow and chocolate and boom – s’mores. Now when you want to get creative with making s’mores here are some ideas….
1st toast your marshmallows. You can toast them over a campfire or under your broiler. Note – They toast FAST!
Here’s a link to campfire s’mores roasting sticks. I like these best because its a double tip to hold the marshmallow on (sometimes they fall off a single tip)
