Do you love having bacon? But are you tired of standing there and frying the bacon and having grease sometimes splash back up on you? Well I bake bacon and once you see how easy it is to do you’ll be hooked too. Plus it’s a HUGE time saver. Instead of standing and frying my bacon I can pop it in the oven and do other things while it’s cooking. Easy to do !
We do our bacon in the microwave. We have one of those bacon pans, one with ridges, and we cover the slices with paper towels. First time for about 3 minutes, take them out, turn them over & change the paper towel, then 2 minutes or so. Then check them again. And they won’t be so greasy, as the grease has gone down into the pan. Hope this works for some of you!
