It’s the fall season and that means it’s time for Halloween. Most people like to watch scary movies and since zombies are all the rage I thought I’d put together a great list of the Top Zombie Movies and links to have them stream right to your computer (or television) just for some “scare your pants off fun!” These zombie movies will make you think twice before you get up to go to the bathroom or get another bowl of popcorn. It’s fun to be scared sometimes. And…. there’s nothing much scarier than the un-dead. So check these out and let them run chills down your spine at the thought that just maybe it could come true? So here’s the list of my top ten zombie movies from classics like Night of the Living Dead to more recent flicks.
Shawn of the Dead, is a really funny horror flick that will scare you and keep you laughing all at the same time. When the zombies hit your town, you should head to the local watering hole…or should you? At least in Simon Pegg’s version of events!
Night of the Living Dead is a true classic. I remember seeing this as a kid and being terrified! Well guess what? It’s been digitally remastered recently so it’ll still be a great classic zombie flick! That makes this 40-plus year old film worth a look for sure.
Zombie High is about a prestigious private school that literally turns the students into…you guessed it, zombies. Hmmm….sounds a lot like some schools I know, haha. Lol What comes around goes around even for zombies…..!
Brad Pitt starts in World War Z and I LOVE Brad Pitt! Great actor! This is one of the newer zombie films. This zombie flick chronicles the last days of the world, with the zombie apocalypse upon us, and is a great action film that you’re sure to love!
What do two characters named after cities have in common? They have to survive each other AND some of the un-dead in Zombieland, another comedic look at zombies, this one starring Woody Harrleson.
28 Days Later is a fascinating look at biologically-created zombies. Its’ sequel, 28 Weeks Later, picks up 6 months after the first film left off and is also worth a watch. Double-scary feature, anyone?
The Resident Evil series is based on the hugely-successful video game series of the same name. Start with the original 2002 film starring Milla Jovovich.
And how about a errr…heart warming…romance between human and zombie? Look no further than this year’s Warm Bodies. What do you think will happen with humans and zombies come together??
So watch these any one of these Top Zombie movies and have some fun! Popcorn anyone?
