You can either make them in advance and use them as party favors or you can have all of your materials ready and make them with the kids as party of the Halloween fun this year.

Material Needed for Tootsie Roll Ghost;

Here’s what you need to make these cute Toosie roll ghosts;

• Tootsie roll lollypops
• Cheap pruple curling ribbon
• Plain White Napkins
• Black Sharpie

 Place your Tootsie Rolls in the center of the napkin

 Fold over in half then fold in the other sides

 Pinch together just under the Tootie Roll

 Tie your curling ribbon

 Add eyes and nose  with your Sharpie
