You guessed it – I’m still making s’mores. They’re such a favorite of mine! I like to make up unique s’mores recipes because I just LOVE the combination of chocolate (Hershey’s is my favorite), graham cracker and marshmallow. Well these are actually Halloween S’mores Cupcake Ghosts. You can make these like I did. I made a dozen and served them at our kids Halloween party. Yes – they were a hit too!
Ingredients for Halloween S’mores Cupcakes;
- Graham cracker crumbs (they come in a box in the baking section)
- Butter
- Hershey’s Chocolate (My favorite chocolate ☺)
- Ghost Marshmallow Peeps
Start with your graham cracker crumbs. You’ll need to follow the recipe on the box except you have to increase the butter in the graham cracker crumbs by 2.5. Place in cupcake pain and push the middle down and the sides up slightly until firm. Bake according to graham cracker crust directions on package.
Remove from oven and add your Hershey’s chocolate after cooled.
Add your Ghost Marshmallow Peeps and place in the oven at 350 Degrees for 1 – 1/2 to 3 minutes until chocolate is slightly melted and marshmallow is slightly puffed. Allow to cool before removing to consume. Happy Halloween!
