I just called and hung up in frustration. I understand there is more than one place and more than one event. I would love to take my child to this, however the castle maiden I talked to let me get out 1/2 of my question about the new years eve event and started going on about the 9:30pm one. Really sounds great but I kept trying to politely tell her I wanted the 3:30pm information and I couldnt say a blessed word. I said maam and excuse me and but and uhm all several times and I finally said forget it and thats when she got quiet after she said mmhmm… Done right there!
