20 Great Uses for Epsom Salt:
1. Soak tired achy feet in a warm water bath with epsom salts added. Add at least 1 cup for best results.
2. Adding a teaspoon of epsom salt to the hole in soil just before you plant vegetable plants will boost growth. (pretty neat huh!)
3. Make a homemade salt scrub for your feet, with a cup of epsom salt, 1/3 cup of olive oil, and a few drops of the essential oil of your choice. Scrub on feet in a circular motion.
4. Add a pinch of epsom salt to your facial cleanser for a scrubby / exfoliant effect.
5. Also a great exfoliant for any dry skin – elbows, hands, and so on.
6. Body Aches or muscle pain? Soak in a warm bath after adding 2 cups of epsom salts.
7. Epsom salts are a natural way to add magnesium to your body.
8. Houseplants will grow faster when you add a tablespoon of salts to the plant water.
