I made up some Easter fun and we tried it out for my daughter’s birthday party since she’s a spring baby and it was a blast. Kids wanted to play it over and over and I finally had to move them on to the next activity. Who knew throwing eggs could be so much fun! Lol Fun Games to Play Outside on Easter –
Eggs are generally on sale for Easter and the Reynolds cups you can find at Walmart or here pretty inexpensively so this particular activity is fun, easy and pretty darn cheap too!
Directions:
- Find a box ( it took 2 or 3 different boxes until I found one that comfortably fit the cups without leaving gaps)
- Place tape on the bottom (a tape loop) of each cup and tape to the box. If you prefer a religious theme for Easter you can make them into a cross like I did – purple for the cross and yellow for everything else (love the spring colors in these Reynolds cups!)
- Hard boil enough eggs for each child to have 3 (after I hard boiled I wrote 1st names on the eggs with a Sharpie)
- Place box outside and then make a line and have the kids start throwing standing behind the line – If you make it into the cross you’re a winner! 3 tries each
Now, our game went on and on and I had not anticipated that the kids would find this to be soooo much fun but I guess the idea of throwing food IS fun! Lol
