You know it just occurred to me that we have everything – apps for everything that is! There’s an app for weight loss, one for eating vegan, paleo, one for learning languages and everything in between. But, I realize, the world seems to be suffering (at least many people anyway) in misery and there is no happy app. Everyday….. make a commitment to seek your bliss because no one else can give it to you, find it for you, or buy it! Today, I challenge you to take 5 minutes and write down 3 things that bring you joy then ask yourself how frequently you engage in that activity. I love hiking and when I made my own list of 3 things I realized that my top “blissmaker” (is that a word – I think I just made it up) was something that I did the least. So, I’ve changed my priorities. Keeping me happy keeps my family running smooth. Take time for yourself and make your own “happy app” by writing your list then following your bliss! Hugs!
