Christmas Candy Gift Ideas – I made these with my daughter when we were asked to donate something for a Christmas fundraising event. I call them “Christmas Candy Sleigh.” I found my inspiration at a little shop in Easton. These were so easy to put together and so much fun to make. I really like how the candy canes give it that Christmas sleigh look and the ribbon on top gives it the perfect touch! I was told these sold for $6.50 each! I think these make the perfect gift for children that are exchanging something small with a budget in the $5-$8 range, and for anyone that you’d like to acknowledge but don’t want to spend too much money – like maybe a neighbor, a favorite librarian, your mail carrier, garbage pick up person etc.
Materials needed:
- Candy Canes (2 for each sleigh)
- 1 Kit Kat package
- ribbon
- Bow for the top
- Multiple mini Hershey candy bars
Directions for Christmas Candy sleigh:
Take 2 candy canes and hot glue (a tiny drop of glue) onto the Kit Kat bar. Now pile up your Hershey mini chocolate bars. Now wrap your ribbon around (as seen in the image above). Tie it off then add your bow to the top. These should take 3-5 minutes each. Enjoy!

I think this would be a great idea for Christmas candy gifts. I’ll have to use something similar this coming Christmas season. Given that I’ve come across this post this early in the year I’m sure I can get a great deal on the materials needed for the gifts as well. Thanks for the helpful info.
