Sally Loves…..Horses is a favorite at our house as we have horses that we adore (we’re convinced that they think they’re dogs and not horses). This incredible book inspires young girls to get up, start moving, and to seek out the activities that they love and enjoy regardless of stigma. Sally is a passionate, charming, energetic, and determined girl that shows girls how to have fun!
Sally is a Great Role Model
This unique role model dreams of competing in a barrel race at the rodeo with her friends. Sally is the epitome of a female role model that encourages girls to follow their dreams. She shows girls that if they believe it, dream it, and want it, they can achieve it.

The Books are Educational
With life problems like trying to get into a competition, Sally educates children on real life problems and solutions. She teaches kids how to problem solve, strive for excellence, and take life by the reins, literally.

My Daughter Loves the Books
The third and fourth grade is the time when kids tend to be less optimistic about reading. With entertaining plots, beautiful illustrations, Sally Loves…Horses captivates my daughter and draws her interest into a book that is not only great for her but gives her the love of reading she needs. As a mom, I can’t tell you how amazing it is to see your daughter delve into a book that teaches and inspires her.

Lastly, I really like that the books are high quality with thick pages and a beautifully made binding that doesn’t quickly fall apart.

With topics like horseback riding, swimming, and dancing, Jody Mackey teaches children to be brave, discover their passion, build friendships, take part in sports, and pursue their dreams.
