Here are the Safeway match ups good through February 8th. If you haven’t seen the new Safeway coupon policy you may like to read it here. NOTE: ON the Safeway alert about coupon stacking that I posted earlier today… Please keep posting your comments and experiences with Safeway! So far from the e-mailed comments and posts only 1 Safeway is not allowing stacking. I am also now suggesting that you use 2 coupons on buy 1 get 1 FREE sales. Their policy states that it is not allowed but since it also states that stacking etc it at the store managers discretion I suggest that you use 1 coupon on the item you are buying and 1 coupon on the FREE item. If this is difficult to understand just remember that you can only do this on a buy 1 get 1 FREE sale! I would just hand over your coupons and see if they get scanned.
