Ditch your plans for this weekend and get your tickets. My goodness, my kids are STILL talking about The Batman movie. If you’ve been wondering if it’s worth the price of a ticket on the BIG screen well, the answer is …. ABSOLUTELY! Here’s my full review;
Crime in Gotham has been so extreme over the past couple a years that fighting it is beginning to feel somewhat hopeless. It appears never-ending with corruption everywhere. Here’s where the mystery sets in…. A masked serial killer terrorizes the town and starts to taunt and target Gotham city officials by way of riddles that are addressed to “the batman.”
This flick is action packed from the word go including the minute you sit down. Well I admit that I do love a good conspiracy theory… Why you ask? They make you think. They force you to look at theories from all angels and this one is no different. It’s clear that Gotham is drenched in lies covering up a much deeper tale of the underworld.
In comparison to other Batman flicks, this one has a real world feel considering all of the worlds corruption today. There are lots of shadow and raining event but, when Batman squares up to fight, he gets hit frequently but he lashes back with an intense ferocity that makes it more frightening! Talk about edge of your seat thrill! Wow!
This movie does have a running length of just under 3 hours but with all the twists and turns and corrupt officials you’ll be shocked at how quickly the time passes. You’ll think, you’ll wonder…. Did you have a feeling on where the corruption was coming from?!
As far as characters go…. Robert Pattison did an AMAZING job rising to the legacy character we’ve all come to know and love through 70 plus years of history.
No spoilers here! This movie is PG13 and come highly recommended! Enjoy!
