Here is a quick and easy recipe for Fisherboy fish tacos.  I copied this from their site and it looks quick and easy and good!

Fisherboy fish tacos recipe:

Ingredients:

12 Fisher Boy® Fish Sticks
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp. lime juice
3 Tbsp. canola oil
6 taco shells, hard or soft 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 cup Mexican-style shredded cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 475°F. Place fish sticks in shallow pan and bake according to package directions.  In medium mixing bowl, combine cabbage, tomatoes, lime juice, canola oil, cilantro, salt and pepper; let stand 10 minutes.  Place 2 fish sticks in each taco shell. Evenly divide cabbage mixture among taco shells. Sprinkle on cheese.

Here a a recipe for Spam.  This is Spam recipe is called “After School Pizza Burgers” and was developed by their Spam Fan Club on their site;

Ingredients Needed:

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, ground
• 2 cups spaghetti sauce
• 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
• 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
• 4 hamburger buns, split
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions for your Spam Recipe:

1. In skillet, cook beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Add SPAM® Classic, spaghetti sauce, cheese, parsley and oregano; mix well.
2. Heat broiler.
3. Spread SPAM® mixture evenly over cut sides of bun halves. Broil until browned and cheese is melted.
