I’ve been making posts each morning this week ( click here and here) about my New Years Resolution to put ME first in 2012 and its getting really exciting.  I’m looking at all sorts of things to keep me going into the New Year to feed my spirit, mind and body so that I can be happy and healthy all year long and stop putting myself at the bottom of the list (I have 4 kids & a husband).  After all, when mamma is happy & healthy so is everyone else right?
