I went shopping and price checking at Target last night.  My kids (all 4 of them) received $30.00 each to do their Christmas shopping.  It appears that every transaction generated a catalina coupon at the check out register for $5.00 off of a $50.00 purchase.  So…. If you are heading out to Target  and planning to spend $50.00 or more I’d suggest making 2 transactions.  The first transaction a tiny small purchase to generate the coupon.  The second transaction will be all of your items and then you’ll use the coupon (that is what I did last night).  When you make the next purchase using the $5.00 off catalina coupon another coupon for $5.00 off will not be generated.
