I’ve been reading some really interesting stats this year, two of which really make sense and grabbed my attention;

1) The more people you share your New Years Resolution with the more you are likely to keep the resolution

2) 80% of New Years Resolutions have something to do with weight or health! Wowza!

So, here’s your lesson: Shout it out! Post your resolution on Facebook, tweet it, tell your neighbors, tell everyone and you’ll be less likely to eat that cookie so you can shed the lbs to get yourself healthy!
