How to Keep your 2022 New Years Resolutions
I’ve been reading some really interesting stats this year, two of which really make sense and grabbed my attention! Every year folks all over the globe set resolutions for the incoming year and somehow magically expect to change their lives after the stroke of midnight…. As well meaning as we may be (your truly included) we sometimes need a little help. Below are some interesting tidbits.
1) The more people you share your New Years Resolution with, the more you are likely to keep the resolution
2) 80% of New Years Resolutions have something to do with weight or health! Wowza!
So, here’s your lesson: Shout it out! Post your resolution(s) on Facebook, tweet it, tell your neighbors, tell everyone and you’ll be less likely to eat that cookie so you can shed the lbs to get yourself healthy!

We just had our big Christmas party for the children and they had a blast – kids from toddlers up through age 16 so as you can imagine we had lots of different games.
