I saw the recipe on Kooky Carols Kitchen Concoctions. It’s a great for a delicious back to school breakfast idea. You have fruit and oats all in one. You could have it warm on a cool, crisp back to school morning or cold (make the night before) if there’s no break in the weather. Check out the recipe;

Peach Crisp Back to School Breakfast:
Ingredients
- 5 medium/large peaches
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup quick cook oatmeal
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tbsp cold butter – cubed
Instructions
- Peel, take the pit out, and chop peaches.
- Divide evenly into 3 individual ramekins.
- Put 1 tbsp. of honey on top of peaches in each ramekin.
- In a bowl add cinnamon, sugar, oatmeal, flour.
- Cut in butter with pastry blender.
- Divide topping evenly on top of each ramekin.
- Put ramekins on top of cookie sheet in case it bubbles over.
- Bake at 375° for 28 – 30 minutes.
