Have you ever tried a Balance Bar? Well, I recently purchased Balance Bars at Walmart to keep in my car because as I assessed my progress on weight loss I found that as a busy mom I’d get to the point of practically starving (or at least it felt that way anyhow) and I’d then go off my diet. It seems there wasn’t much time to make or have a good meal for breakfast and lunch – I was always running kids from here to there for something.
So I picked up some Balance Bars at my local Easton Walmart and now I keep them in my glove box. Actually, I picked up an entire BOX of them for my glove box and now I’ve already lost 5lbs! Yahoo! Now I still have about 30lbs more to go but just making some simple tweaks make an immediate difference. I don’t don’t wait until I’m starving to eat because I’m so darn busy. I just reach in the glove box and have one. They’re pretty filling too. I purchased the Peanut Butter flavor but they do have a pretty nice assortment I may try next time.
Balance Bar is also having a Twitter Party on July 31st between 3pm and 4pm with some great prizes – I’ll be sure to be there and it would be fun if any of you could participate so I don’t feel like the only mom that needs to drop a few lbs! Lol #BalanceShapeUp Balance Bar has teamed up with a personal trainer that will be live to help motivate you and answer any questions. Balance Bars can be found anywhere but seem to be the least expensive with the best selection at Walmart Stores.
