Super Bowl Party Menu
If you are planning an NFL Super Bowl party this year, then NOW is the time to start thinking about your Super Bowl party menu. This is the 1 day a year when you want full fat fare with lots of carbs, fatty fun snacks and finger foods because no one will want to take their eyes off the big screen long enough to cut anything. That doesn’t mean you can’t offer humus and celery sticks with your casual fun fare but remember dips, chips, & quick foods are what will keep your party team going. And last but not least….Don’t skimp on flavor & fun! Between the commercials, the food & the game, many party goers think Super Bowl Parties are the best of the year! Don’t let them down! For more FREE Super Bowl party tips watch my video on planning a Super Bowl party!
Here is a recipe from one of my closest friends you may like to try this year;
Buffalo Chicken Dip
1 lb Chicken
1 brick Cream Cheese
1 to 3 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
6oz Cheddar Cheese
Hot Sauce (to taste)
Boil your chicken until fully cooked and tender – Shred with fork afterwards. Mix in large bowl; warm cream cheese (its easier to mix when warmed in a microwave), 1 to 3 tbsp Ranch Dressing (to taste), well shredded chicken, hot sauce (to taste).
Spoon mixture into a baking dish that you can move from the oven to the table. Bake 15 to 20 mins until bubbly at 375 Degrees, add shredded cheese and bake 6 to 8 more mins and serve with your choice of; crackers, pita chips, or celery sticks! (You can bake and serve in a bread bowl in the shape of a foot ball if you’re really feelin’ creative!)
