I did some price checking at my local  Target  this evening and here are the bargains you can find with the new  Target coupons found in the footer of the  Target site. Almost all of the Up & Up Brand items had peelie coupons on them for other Up & Up brand items!  Don’t forget Valentine’s Day things were on clearance for 75% off!
