We’ve booked our next fun in the sun getaway and our home school group is heading to River Expeditions! This will be my 3rd year taking my family for a 3 day adventure and we’re just as excited as we were the 1st year we went. When you think of River Expeditions you think of serious white water rapids but they also have what I call “baby rapids” which were fun and the perfect level of adventure for my family….after all, my daughter hit the river for the 1st time at age 7!!! Here’s my video so you can see our fun!. River Expeditions is in Went Virginia – just a hop, skip and a jump away from the Mid-Atlantic region.

7 Fun Family Vacation Traditions to Start THIS Summer
7 Fun Family Vacation Traditions to Start this Summer – I love spending the summer with my family. It is a time where we can get out of the house, have new adventures, and really just enjoy spending time together. During the summer, we often have certain things we always do, or traditions.

Oh and lets not forget – How are you going to PAY for that vacation experience? That’s where the Family Vacation Contract was contrived. [Read more…]

The beach is a place where we can all go, stay socially distanced and still have the time of our lives. Family time is always fun time and we need to get out, soak up the sun and surf more than ever to show kids that life goes on and we can all still seize the sunset and have the time of our lives!
