These chocolate s’mores pudding cups are easy and delicious! You know I just love all things s’mores (who doesn’t, right?) so these were fun to make with my 4 year old daughter. We served them for dessert about 2 weeks ago when we had family come over for dinner. I wanted to do something fun but easy and this recipe covered both!
Chocolate S’mores Pudding Cup Recipe:
- Jello chocolate pudding (instant is fine)
- Cool Whip topping
- Marshmallow fluff
- Kraft Graham Cracker Crumbs
Pour graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of your dessert cups. Then, I followed the directions on the chocolate Jello pudding and piped into the dessert cup on top of the graham cracker crumbs. Then another layer of graham cracker crumbs on top of the pudding. Now for the marshmallow-Cool Whip fluff….. In a blender I mixed equal parts marshmallow fluff and cool whip then piped it on top of the graham cracker crumbs. Chill, enjoy! ☺
All together this took maybe 12 to 15 minutes and if you’re fast you could whip it up in less than 10. It was a big hit with the kids. Use whole milk to make it thicker and creamier. Use skim if you want to reduce fat and calories. Enjoy!
