Yes – you can stack a CVS coupon machine coupon with a manufacturer’s coupon to double your saving!

In your post you mention 25% off coupon from the coupon machine. Is this random along with the $3 coupon when spending $10 that you mention for the Covergirl deal?
Also, is it automatic that I get a $4 off coupon upon signing up for a card and will I be able to use it the same day?
Signing up for the card is different than registering your card on line – You’ll have to register it on line when you get home. Then the coupon is usually sent to you via e-mail. The coupons can be random at the coupon machine however they are also based on your shopping habits too so scan you card whenever you shop there so you’ll get more offers.
Uh forget about the $3 coupon/spending $10, not sure where I even got those figures. I do know that I will get $5 reward for spending $15 on Covergirl.
Woo Hoo! I spent $6 today at CVS and came out with 2 Mitchum Deodorants, 2 Tubes of Toothpaste, 2 Schick Hydro Razors and a greeting card I needed for a birthday! I am happy!
