Do you like the Bisquick Shake N Pour pancakes? Well I have the refill recipe for Bisquick Shake N Pour that will make life easy and convenient for camping trips or home if you’re trying to help kids be more independent in the kitchen!
Ok – for the smaller size Bisquick Shake N Pour that makes 6-8 pancakes here’s the recipe:
Add ingredients above and shake! If you’d like to use this on a camping trip and want to use the fill line on the side of the container then before you leave for camping you’ll want to fill your Bisquick dry mix in the Shake N Pour container. Add 1-1/4 cup plus 2 heaping tablespoons of dry mix. When it comes time to mix up your pancakes just add milk to the fill line on the side of the container and 1 egg. This is great to have these all filled with dry mix if you’re heading out camping for a week but if you’re just going for a weekend the mixture will last about 48 hours premixed but you will have to keep it refrigerated because of the fresh milk and eggs. The Shake N Pour container says you can mix it and keep it up for 3 days but in my experience by the 3rd day its a bit too old so I wouldn’t keep it mixed past 48 hours so you have nice fluffy fresh pancakes.
Makes 6 to 8 regular sized pancakes (same amount as noted on the smaller sized Bisquick Shake N Pour Container)
Be sure to write the recipe on the side of the Bisquick container with a sharpie marker – It’ll make it easier so you don’t have to remember the recipe next time.
