Epsom Salts are another one of the old school items that our grandmothers used that is becoming wildly popular again due to the low cost but extensive ways you can use it. From detox baths and kids science experiments, hair care and foot soaks there are a tons of ways to use this economical and versatile item that is easy to find.  Epsom salt is really Magnesium sulfate and it’s named Epsom Salts because it’s from a town in England called Epsom.  It was discovered in the mineral waters.
