Epsom Salt Uses
Epsom Salts are one of those totally natural, inexpensive healers that so many people overlook. Epsom salt is really Magnesium sulfate and it’s named Epsom Salts because it’s from a town in England called Epsom. It was discovered in the mineral waters.
