Do I have to purchase two items in order to use both coupons??
I just purchased mine last night – you’ll buy 1 nail polish and use 2 coupons – the manufacturer coupon and the Target coupon. Mine had to be pushed through by the cashier meaning they beeped and then she hit a button on the register and it went through. You should be able to print both coupons 2 times and do the deal twice.
