I’ve started a new category for frugal family fun events so I can tell you about all the cool stuff you can do for free or cheap with your husband or family! Remember, save on everyday things and you’ll have more money for fun, vacation, and family time! 😉 There are tons of FREE events all the time. No need to drop $50 – $150. a weekend for events! Events are all over the United States!
I also wanted to tell you about another frugal, family style blogger that is a friend of mine – Mrs MoneySaver coupon blog. They are out of Pittsburg and I know I have a bunch of readers in the Pennsylvania area so you might want to check them out! They sent this great event about the fun on the Potomac!

The Kennedy Center (Washington, DC) FREE shows are being offered at The Millennium Stage starting at 6 pm each night! The Kennedy Center is so beautiful inside! You should expect to arrive 1 hour early to get in line in order to get seats for your family. There is an adjoining parking garage but it is not free. Check it out and give your family a good cultural education!!!

Fishing demonstrations and instructions for ages 15 and under. Novice Anglers* can learn how to cast a rod, identify types of fish and enjoy the experience of fishing. All fishing equipment will be provided for the event, and there will be staff available to assist.

The Children’s Museum of Atlanta is having FREE Target Second Tuesday on June 14th. Admission is FREE for all visitors who come during these special hours. The FREE tickets will be available at the museum starting @ 1pm during each Target event. FREE Second Tuesday, and the museum will close at 7 pm. The FREE tickets are issued on a first come first served basis as museum capacity permits. Once the museum reaches capacity, tickets are only issued as capacity in the museum becomes available. Reservations are not accepted.
