At least one morning each week I make a BIG breakfast for my family and it includes bacon. I used to stand and fry, flipping over and over dealing with grease splatter but now I bake my bacon in my oven while I’m doing something else. No – but if you’re concerned with that just cover with foil. I love baking bacon and I think you’ll see it as a big time saver too! ☺
