Frugal living is about using homemade remedies to save money and promote health as well as clipping coupons at the grocery store, when dining out and saving money in other ways too. Well I have a great home made recipe for how to make an ice pack.
Homemade Ice packs:
- 1 Heavy duty freezer bag marked with permanent marker “Ice Pack Only”
- Fill 33% Alcohol (1/3rd)
- 66% Water (2/3rds)
Place in freezer. You’ll find that this will stay flexible with the alcohol but still get really cold and slightly freeze. Perfect for wrapping around bumps, bruises, aches & pains! Please share this post with friends & pin this on PINTEREST!

Your goals should be to spend less on groceries and dining out and bills and more on vacations and fun things that make your family happy and create memories for a life time.
