If you are new to couponing then you may have the question of “How to stack coupons at Target?”
It’s really pretty simple;
You take 1 manufacturer’s coupon from here (or your Sunday newspaper) and stack it with 1 Target Store coupon from here and then you have stacked coupons at Target. For more information on the Target coupon policy go here.

Don’t forget the cartwheels. You can now use one cartwheel promotion on top of the already mentioned two. The cartwheels are target promotions that are a percent off of a given item or brand. The rules for those are on Target’s cartwheel app site on facebook.
