We plan to make these every year after trying them for the 1st time last year – Jello Easter Eggs (Jello Deviled Eggs). They’re totally fun (who doesn’t like Jello, right?) Plus they’re festive because you can make them in any or all of the fun Jello colors and flavors.
I really like REAL deviled eggs, however I know many young children won’t eat those. That makes these a great Easter alternative for the little ones in your family. Ok, so if you want to make Jello deviled Easter eggs here’s the easy recipe;
Jello Eggs Ingredients:
Jello
Whipped Cream
Knox flavorless gelatin
I followed the directions to the Jello and then added 2 extra Knox gelatin packets. They really need to be firm to hold the shape when you remove them from the egg shape container. Pour into your deviled egg mold. (I greased mine very lightly with coconut oil so they eggs come out really easily)
Add whipped cream to the top. If you use a standard whip cream can like the kind that you get in the refrigerated section at the grocery store, then it’s easy to make the star-flower on top of the eggs to make them looks pretty. Enjoy. Kids love these and they’re FUN!
