Hello Erin and thanks for the heads up. Can you please clarify WA so I can let others readers know. I’ve hear that some readers had difficultly in Pennsylvania as well. So far so good in Maryland but I think it will eventually be a system wide change they are making. I tried the E-coupon on the soup deal with Progresso last week along with a paper manufacturer coupon and it worked like a charm. I’m going to either message Safeway or call corporate before the weeks end to clarify everything – then I’ll see about getting out a clear post on the issue.
