At OfficeMax’s they have a 100% low price guarantee to help you save more! In order to match a competitor’s Internet site price with an item on the Office Max website, you will need to use their e-mail template.

Now for price matches from ads, like from your paper you will have to fax your request. You will need to include contact information and a copy of the ad to 1-800-706-9286. They also ask for you to put PRICE MATCH across the first page in large block letters.

Office Max does have a few exclusions from their price match policy. Here is a list of what is excluded.

• Prices for Items in our newspaper inserts identified as “in stores only”
• Prices for OfficeMax online items identified as “online specials” will not be matched for phone orders.
• Price Match Guarantee applies to customers within the continental U.S. only.
• Local or special events
• Close-out or clearance sale prices
• Auctions
• With special financing
• With a bonus or free offers
• One-of-a-kind limited quantity offers at OfficeMax or any competitor
• Companies without a physical store location in the continental U.S.
• Products and services by third party providers.
• Custom products
• Build-to-order computers
• Max Assurance
• Typographical errors at OfficeMax or any competitor
