Dollar General on Kent Island (Stevensville, MD) has a $.75 coupon for Garnier Fructis shampoo/conditioners and Safeway on Kent Island (Stevensville, MD) has the products on sale for $2.99 and doubles coupons up to $.99…so $2,99 – $1.50= $1.49. I think it’s a great deal.
