Local readers of the Eastern Shore of MD – I have received my Record Observer (same as the Star Dem and Bay Times) and the Smart Source insert in this paper does NOT have all of these coupons! If you need a good paper for coupons this week get a Capital paper (AA country or Kent Island) or Baltimore Sun or Washington Post. 
If you’d like extra papers and live in Anne Arundel County Maryland or the Eastern Shore (up through Queenstown) the Capital newspaper has a promotion for you. For just $1.00 you can get the Sunday only newspaper with coupon code “frugal” and they will allow you to order up to 4 newspapers per home. That is a HUGE savings to have them delivered to your door! I don’t like in their subscription area so I have them delivered to my husband’s work so I can get them. Be creative and save anywhere you can!
