Since the New Year, my family has made an effort to really focus on our eating. In the past, my kids have gotten into a bad habit of grabbing anything and everything they can and throwing it in the cart. This year, things have started to change and I’m so glad. We’ve started paying attention to what we put in our cart and we’ve been doing a great job with it. Our family has been paying attention to the details of what’s being put in the cart, which also means we’re paying attention to what goes in our bodies.

Speaking of being healthy, this month is also Earth Month (Earth day is Friday the 22nd of April), which is also a great time to focus on items that are friendly to our earth and our bodies. In order to do this, we focus on buying items that are earth friendly choices. I shop at our local Kent Island Safeway and there are tons of super healthy and earth friendly products for us to choose from.

Recently, when we went to our local Kent Island Safeway I picked up Silk Almond Creamer and Horizon Milk. Both are staples around our home and we are super happy!
