Stove Top Stuffing Mix is on sale this week @ ACME and Target. I know several of you will use use this for Easter meals. I use it to make sausage stuffing balls and everyone always loves them!

Recipe
1 lb Roll Sausage
1 Box Stove Top (or any stuffing)
1 cup water
1 egg (optional but it helps it stick together)
3/4 a can of 15oz Cranberry jelly
Brown your sausage, add the other ingredients. Form into balls and brush with butter (optional) and bake about 20 mins on 350degrees.
These freeze well! Make them in advance of your big family meal and then just brush with butter and bake right before you serve them!
