This is a pretty awesome sale!  Today’s sale circular for Toys R Us has an awesome promotion right smack on the front page for Hasbro Games.  Here is the deal – Get a FREE $10.00 gift card with any Hasbro Game purchase of $35.00 or more.  Here is the reason I’m so excited about this sale – Toys R Us has a rebate form in stores for Hasbro games which will make all of these games great bargains!  Page 28 and 29 of the Toys R Us “The Great Christmas Book” have all the details on the rebate.  You can only submit 1 rebate per address.  Last year I was able to add some manufacturer coupons onto this sale which made it even better.  I imagine Hasbro will be rollin’ out the coupons any time now.  I’ll keep you posted.  Some of these games will work out to be only $1.00 each after rebate and some games work out to be only $3.00 after Rebate.  This is a great time to buy!

Here is an event for all you Lego addicts – Toy’s R Us on Saturday October 23 12-2 pm is hosting a Lego Bricktober event.  My kids LOVE Lego’s and this is one event that we wont want to miss. Have fun and hope to see you there.  Always be sure to call ahead to your local store just to be sure they are participating.

Toys R Us  is hosting a fun event for little girls on Saturday the 16th.  Your little princesses are invited to attend the Princess & Me Royal Party at your local Toys“R”Us store. Royal activities will include a decorate-your-own Princess & Me tiara, story time, and more.  Start time is 2pm on Saturday.  Call you local store just to make sure they are participating in this event.

Kennedy Center, Washington DC:  Honey, Sugar, & Salt – a Puppet show for families inspired by love and a Romanian Fairy tale.  6pm on Saturday – FREE.  We suggest arriving early for this FREE family event in our National Capital.

Sears Toy Shop Grand Opening: FREE Saturday October 16th from 11am to 1pm.  Drawings to win things, cupcakes, goodies and Fun.  FREE $5.00 Sears gift card to the first 50 families.  Most Newpapers received a $5.00 off coupon of a toy purchase of $30.00 or more.
