Here are the match ups for the Walgreens Weekly Ad  –  good the week starting November 27th.  If you are new to shopping with Walgreens, check our Store Guide to Walgreens here.  Always hand over the manufacturer’s coupons first when “stacking” coupons (on a FREE item or an item with overage).  After those are scanned, THEN hand over the Walgreens coupons (this will make it so their register doesn’t “beep”).  Pick up the sale circular and November coupon book and take it around the store with you so you are sure to pick up the correct items in case the sale tag isn’t noted on the shelf. You may like to print out the Walgreens Coupon Acceptance policy from our Walgreens Store Guide.  Keep it with you when you shop at Walgreens in case your savings are ever in question.  Many cashiers are unaware of what to do when a coupon is valued higher than the price of an item so having the coupon acceptance policy handle may prove helpful. I went shopping at Walgreens on Thanksgiving morning to score a few deals for some care packages I’ll be giving for Christmas this year.  After I scored all of my Register Rewards I spend them at Giant since they do accept competitors coupons and they even accepted my CVS Extra Care Bucks.  Wahooo.  I did so may deals where I made a little but of money that it meant some free groceries for me.  Yippeee!  Anyway – I wanted to tell you to be sure and pick up the Walgreens Holiday Coupon Books in your local Walgreens.  They are full of coupons that you can stack with manufacturer’s coupons and score great deals.  I found the books at the cosmetic counter but if you don’t see them in your local Walgreens be sure to ask a manager.  They are white and red.  These are different from the Walgreens sale circular and the months Walgreens coupon books that are available every month so don’t skip this opportunity to save!

Giant store shoppers be sure to snag this booklet since Giant will allow you to use competitors coupons!

Here are some special coupon match ups at Walgreens that start TODAY (Thanksgiving) and run through Black Friday and Saturday. I’m noting the HOT deals only.  There are other Register Reward Deals (see your Walgreens sale circular) however there are no coupon match ups for those items.  Many of them are still great deals that you’ll want to pick up however I’ve only noted the items with coupon match ups.  Shop early (on Thanksgiving day if possible) I don’t expect these to be available long AND remember if you’re one of the 1st at your Walgreens on Thanksgiving you’ll get a coupon for a FREE Red Box Rental.
