How nice of you to do this! I remember seeing the cover of Tapestry and thinking, wow… someone looks like me. Curly, unruly hair, kind of weird feet. I loved her immediately. Then, I bought the album, and my life was changed. I listened to it endlessly. As an adopted child in a family of perfect looking beautiful people, Carole King gave me the strength to feel beautiful as well. I would love to see her story. She changed mine for sure.
Thank you.

For a significant birthday many years ago, my husband surprised me with a real night on the town, including a musical with truly fabulous seats. It was a special treat given that, as homeschoolers with a new baby, we generally didn’t do things like that. Now he is having a big birthday and I’d love to be able to reciprocate. Money is tighter this year so a giveaway is likely the only way I could make this happen until things ease up.
This would be the BEST birthday present! I have loved Carole King’s music all my life! I had the pleasure of seeing her live with James Taylor back in 2011. The BEST show I’ve ever seen!
