Our family LOVES Mickey Mouse and given the crazy start to 2013, would love to see a little Disney magic right here in Maryland! Our main saving strategies are coupon stacking, meal planning around sales, eating at home and using blog sites like Family Frugal Fun to plan our weekly shopping!

My favorite Disney Character would be the adorable Donald Duck! My family was actually in Disney this time last year and we are sure missing it this year! Going to Disney on Ice would just be so cool as we have never been to an ice show. Our family saves money by using coupons, store sales & store loyalty cards at our grocery store. I stay at home with my children so we don’t have daycare or babysitter expenses.

I would love to win these tickets for my Daughter! She is 2 1/2 years old and has a new baby brother, so would love to spoil her with these 🙂
She LOVES Tinker Bell!
My money saving strategies are :
* Follow your blog! I check it at least once a day to see what new deals have been posted. I use the match-ups you provide on nearly every shopping trip! I have been doing this since I went to your seminar over a year ago and I have saved a lot of money doing it!!
* I clip my weekly coupons and have them organized in a binder. I take this binder with me everywhere so i never miss a deal!
* I share deals and coupons with my friends and family. I have friends who do not have kids so they give me their diaper / wipe coupons and I give them coupons for things I do not use.
* I also shop at Consignment stores! Kids out grow clothes so fast, you can find nearly new items for less then 1/2 the price!!
Thank you for all you do finding us great deals!!

My favorite character is Copper, from The Fox and the Hound.
It is important for my family to win these tickets, because it would be an amazing trip for us that we can’t afford otherwise. We are an extremely low income family and I just feel like we’ve had so many bad things happen to us in the last 2 years. My father got cancer, my husbands mother passed away, my husband got laid off, my daughter was physically abused while in her fathers care, and we almost lost our home twice. My kids don’t get special things or get to go on fun trips, and this would mean the world to me if I could take them to see Disney on Ice. They would be so happy. My son is 2 and a half and loves Cars and my daughter is 4 and a half and loves all the Princesses and A Goofy Movie. She was the Disney on Ice logo on this page and started yelling happily and asked me to take her.
My top 4 saving strategies are: Using couponswhen the items listed on the coupons are on sale; Shopping at yard sales/consignment shops/searching craigslist for needed items/using freecycle; Using manufacterer coupons and store coupons on items on sale; Going to our local food pantry to get extra food to stretch our grocery budget.

I have 4 girl and they all love a different princess!! Cinderella,Tinker Bell ,Tangled….This would mean so much because first it can be costly for a family of 6. We have never gone before so they would love it!!!
For me one of my tips on saving is to roll my ECB and #Up rewards into the next transaction. I’m fairly new at this but am happy to have learnd this. Always shop off season…..get the best deals like that, I love going to JC Pennys. They mark stuff down 80%….all the time.

My favorite is Ariel. She is so beautiful and inspiring too young girls. Will be very important for my family to see this. My daughter is a huge fan of all the Disney Princesses. Ariel and Belle Are her favorites. My daughter’s birthday is coming up in a few weeks and we are having to see Prince theme party as well. My top four savings to are
1. Buy in bulk when possible.
2. Be a coupon fairy. If you are not going to use a reason for somebody who might. if I have a coupon I am NOT going to use I leave it at the store on the product.
3. Educate others on the value of couponing.

4. Make it a family event. My children love to coupon shop with me

My daughter has been a fan of Toy Story from the age of 1 and she is only 3 1/2 now.She has a woody and Buzz doll that never leaves her side. Rapunzel is whom she wants to be when she grows up and marries her cousin,he will be her prince. She watches one of the 3 movies everyday and sometimes all day.Her room is done in The Toy Story theme and as of this year we have added the princess theme as well. All Disney is her motto I assume. When I told her about this all she wanted to know was “Can I pet Bulls Eye Mommy?”I know this would make her year for sure to see the Disney moguls live and on Ice.My niece and nephew would also enjoy this.My niece is 2 and already loving Cinderella,my nephew is 6 and is all about Woody. This would be the BEST Valentines gift ever for all of them.
My best savings advice :
1 Buy after Christmas for Birthdays,Easter
2 Grab all the BOGO
3 Double coupons on sale items
4 Buy after season for the following year.

My favorite leftover recipe is Turkey sandwiches made on garlic toast with a chipolte sauce and bacon. And of course cranberry sauce on the side.
My kids would love to go to Disney on Ice again. I do not know how many times they have asked to go again. We have been once and they were amazed. My husband said that we would have to pass on going this year just due to the cost and other things going on right now. My kids would be so surprise if we could go.
They both love the Tangled characters right now. They do many re-enactments with my frying pans! I love to watch them!
1. Always shop sale
2. Never leave home with out my coupons
3.Plan ahead for the following yr. (buy a size up on clearance clothing)
4. Network- Follow your blog

My favorite Disney Character Growing up was Cinderella. I loved her beautiful gown, that she got what she deserved in the end instead of the life she had been living, and of course she got Prince Charming and his horse. What girl wouldn’t want that??? I hope I finally found mine!! My kids went to Finding Nemo on Ice a few years ago and loved it. I always wanted to take them again to see something like that but we are always tight. Hence why I started couponing. Slowly we are climbing out of our hole but we don’t have extra money to go out and do stuff like this very often. I would love to take them. My fiance’s daughter’s birthday also falls on February 12, she will be 13. She lives with her mom so we will be getting her the weekend of the 15th. It would be awesome to take them. My 4 savings strategies are:
1. Find as many coupons as possible and organize them in my binder.
2. Keep an eye out for sales and check Family Frugal Fun for matchups and deals.
3. Stock up when prices are low but don’t take it to the extreme where things may go bad before I use them. (I ‘m not a shelf clearer)
4. Shop consignment shops and clearance for clothing.

Wow I don’t know if we could choose just one character all my kids have there favorite. Mine is Ariel, because she reminds me of my first child my daughter, red headed and strong willed, with a beautiful voice. I would like to win the tickets because going to the show just isn’t in our budget and I would love to share Disney with my kids. It’s a magical place and though they have never been I feel this is a way to bring Disney to them. My son was sick when the $1 tickets went on sale so I couldn’t go get any or I would have.
1. Buy when it’s on sale and you have a coupon!
2. Make the most out of your meals, by planning how you can use leftovers.

4. Use your savings and awesome deals you get to bless others by giving to a church, food bank or local shelter.
