If you’re planning a Walt Disney World vacation then you need to know what you should and shouldn’t bring with you so you can stick to a budget. I’m a Disney fanatic and a frugal living expert that vacations in Walt Disney World anywhere from 1 to 3 times per year with my family of 6 (4 kids). There are a few tips and tricks that will save you from having to rent a stroller or eating our for every meal, just to name a few. If you can save big on this vacation you’ll be able to return to Disney World over and over like I do with my family.
Well BEFORE you leave for Disney World you need to do some planning. That is where my check list will come in handy. This is a Walt Disney World check list of things you need to bring, know or buy before you ever leave for Disney World.
Once we’re at Walt Disney World, our family eats breakfast in the hotel room every morning, snack from my cooler purse (traditional coolers are NOT allowed in Disney but I’ve never had a problem with my cooler purse) and then dinner back at the room with the exception of Pizza night where we all eat out. This helps us save a HUGE amount of money and allows us to vacation with Disney World year and year. So, you CAN bring food into the Walt Disney World parks but you CAN’T bring in a traditional cooler so be sure to check out my link for cooler purses that are relatively inexpensive above.
Baby supplies are really important for babies and toddlers when you’r in the Walt Disney World Theme parks. I think last time I checked on stroller pricing it was $19 a day (likely even more now). The strollers you can rent are absolutely adorable however they don’t lean back making it harder to lay down a child for a good nap. A good nap gives parents a break and avoids a meltdown!!! So, what is a parent to do with a tired little one in the theme parks? BRING YOUR OWN STROLLER! Think about a 5 day vacation times $19 a day=$95 – Wow – nice savings for bringing your own stroller huh? If you are flying in and you can’t bring a stroller then you can rent all baby supplies and equipment at http://www.orlandocribrental.com/, http://rent-baby-equipment.com/rentals-by-state/baby-equipment-florida/
