Gotta love ACME right? Well I’ve been an ACME shopper for 12 years now, ever since moving to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Well, if you haven’t heard, ACME has a brand spankin’ new savings program with e-coupons call #MyMixx and it’s HOT!
It’s pretty simple to use because the savings are now attached to your phone number, not just your loyalty ACME card so if you just remember your phone number each week it’s pretty easy to save. And, there’s a new ACME shopping app that loads coupons for you. For those of you that are tired of or don’t like to snip and clip coupons from the Sunday newspaper this program is for you!!! For those of you that still clip the Sunday newspaper coupons you’ll be glad to know that ACME is still accepting those too and, for the items that you don’t have a paper coupon for, you can look for an e-coupon through MyMixx to increase your savings even more. It’s really a win-win for everyone. Manufacturer’s are happy releasing great coupons so consumers can purchase and try new products at a discount and ACME is happy to have the shelves stocked to keep life easy and convenient for you.
Let me give you a run down of the new #MyMixx program for ACME;
1st thing you need to do is register The COMPLETELY FREE program is easy USER friendly & simple. Go to http://acmemarkets.com/mymixx/ and fill out a quick registration form (all for free, of course). If you’re already an ACME shopper that makes use of gas rewards (like I do at my local Centreville MD ACME) just add in your ACME loyalty card number
I also really like the e-receipt option at check out when you shop with ACME. It’s a new option! Many companies are going green and using technology smart and the new e-receipt is a wonderful thing. Above is a snip of the receipt that was sent directly to my email after shopping with ACME (comes to your e-mail). It’s really convenient, you can track your spending and purchases with these receipts too. (click on image to enlarge if you like)
Oh I almost forgot to tell you about the $5 off coupon!. I’ve been saying for years that e-coupons and apps are the wave of the future and ACME has done a fabulous job of jumping on the technology bandwagon!!! My favorite part is that you start out the program (free sign up here) with a $5 off coupon when you make a $20 purchase. That is a 25% savings on your 1st shopping trip. Nice savings!
Ok so on to more about how the program works….. After you’ve gone to http://acmemarkets.com/mymixx/ and filled out a simple registration form (all for free, of course), you’ll start “clipping” e-coupons (really those coupons are loaded to your loyalty card which are accessed in the store through using your phone number)
Lastly, if you really want grocery shopping to be faster and even more convenient be sure to load the ACME app. I just clicked on the Google Play store and loaded it pretty quickly and it’s completely free. You can have an online shopping list right on your phone, find the closest store, add coupons to your loyalty card (that you can now access with just your phone number) and look up recipes if you’re worried about what to make for dinner when you get home. Love it, love it, love it!

I don’t have to worry about passing the card off to my husband any more – it’s all attached to my phone numbers now. Much more convenient.
